Hello! Before I provide all my academic information, I would like to say that I do know that Georgetown is going to be a reach for me no matter what. I never anticipated applying there but several family members encouraged me to do so. I am highly interested in foreign languages, political science, and international relations. I've always enjoyed studying health and I have been considering getting experience as a nurse or some sort of health professional, as that can be helpful in the international relations field.

My Congressman was kind enough to write a letter of recommendation for me.

So should I even bother applying? In regards to my GPA, I started out as an above average student freshman year but began taking more honors classes and have done very well my sophomore, junior and senior years. I have another opportunity to take the SATs, so what scores should I aim for? If I do apply, should I apply for Georgetown's nursing program or foreign language program? I heard a rumor that entrance into Georgetown's nursing program is the easiest, is this true?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read all that information. Please give me your honest opinion and be as critical and harsh as you want.
