D received .47 postage - solid printed envelope. Waitlisted from outside Boston.
@lulu2022 so i guess .47 can possibly mean waitlist?
Curious about the window vs solid thing as well. S’s informed delivery shows a window envelope but the scan doesn’t include the postmark. Going crazy here…
I watched some YouTube kids who were gracious enough to video themselves last year opening their Georgetown letters. The 3 videos I saw were solid envelopes with their names printed in the center of the envelope. 2 declined and 1 wait list. Can’t open ours until around 5:30EST tonight. I found another youtube where accepted students recall getting the letter and the envelope being small etc. Only one kid in that montage mentioned it was a window envelope. Is that a clue, or just random? Either way, keeping hopeful.
Through Informed Delivery: Window envelope .47
.47 envelope for me and I was waitlisted.
@letmeinplsibeg1 window or solid?
@letmeinplsibeg1 Window or solid envelope? Congratulations! @savagestudent7 , when are you opening your letter?
Letmeinplsberg1 one or two pages? Thank you
window or printed label? @letmeinpls927
Have any international students gotten emails? Stressful waiting.
Ok, my son opened. Window envelope, NY, $0.47 stamp - DECLINED. Oh well! We couldn’t afford it anyway! Good luck everyone else.
Just got my letter! $.68 stamp
Accepted — 35 ACT and 4.7 weighted gpa.
Chicagoland suburbs.
If I am in the New Haven Area (CT) should I expect my decision to come today?
Congrats! Does anybody knows how and when international students are notified?
I thought internationals got e mails. I would have assumed timed to coincide with other students receiving their notifications. We haven’t heard anything.
@saucy22 is your letter a single piece of paper? More?
Interesting. Curious about your window letter. Is it a single pager, u think, or more than one?
Good luck to everyone!!!
Do you think the letter of acceptance could be lighter if you did not apply for any financial aid?
