Does Georgetown operate on Pacific Standard Time? I submitted my app. on the east coast (and I live there, too), but the started/submitted/confirmed times are all in PST. Would that make it okay for people on the east coast to submit AFTER 11:59 so long as the app. was in before 2:59?
