Quick question pertaining to Georgetown...they need a Dean's Report for a transfer, which basically is like a recommendation from the dean. However, I can not figure out how to get this or why this would be useful, as I have never seen or spoken to the dean once. How would I go about getting this letter?

Personally, I got my academic advisor to fill it out. Although I didn’t know her extremely well, I at least spoke with her a few times.

I think the admissions office understands that students do not typically know their dean on a personal level. The form is more for showing a student’s disciplinary record or if he/she is in good standing.

Don’t worry, I don’t think they put much emphasis on the form.

This is correct.
