Out of state @RUHTRA999

Rejected. xD

What does it mean If I get this message on the admissions page?

"A final admission decision is not available at this time.

Please log into your MyChecklist page to view your current application status."

@Kashish
I too am so disappointed. I thought for sure I had a chance…
are you considered international by any chance? I’m on a visa so I’m not sure if that is what screwed me over…

@QuestforInfo Would like to see the stats of any accepted OOS asians xD

To anyone wondering about the scholarships- I looked at last year’s discussion thread and people were notified within two weeks after decisions came out. GA Tech will probably send an email about it soon.

Accepted! Congratulations to everyone else who was! And to all who were deferred or denied, don’t lose hope. My friend was rejected from Notre Dame but ended up receiving a full scholarship to any institution of his choice from ROTC. This may not be the place for you, but you will receive an even better opportunity! :slight_smile:

If you get deferred, does it specifically state you have been deferred to regular admission?

Yes

Accepted!! :slight_smile:
(OOS White Female, Computational Media, 36 ACT, 5.0 GPA, IB Student, NMSF)

I got deferred but I have a really really low GPA, like lower than some of the people who got rejected here. How lucky am i lol? Like do you guys think at this point the defer rate is higher than reject rate or vice versa ?

Accepted

So happy for my first acceptance to a school I really like, now I am hoping for scholarships because 50k/year is not possible without me taking out significant loans.

Anyone else have a glitch on the site? I log in and it says deferred applicant in the toolbar at the top but everything else displays an error.

Try logging in from a different browser bro
