I wasn’t accepted but they offered the pathway program for the college of science. OOS Female 92 UW GPA 1470 SAT. Did anyone else get this program?

Will any financial aid be given to students accepted Regular Decision? Or is that only Early Decision?

Accepted to Computer Engineering OOS. 34 ACT, Many extracurriculars, some STEM based, but nothing spectacular. National AP Scholar, Top 1% in class. Deferred from USC, accepted in state to UT Austin and Texas A&M(where I will be attending). Felt really good about my essays and rec letters.

  • GTech major: Told my story of how I got into computer science in 7th grade; discussed specific projects and the impact; discussed programs at GTech that appealed most to me
  • GTech Entrepreneur essay: Discussed my 3d printing ventures, designing/selling twisty puzzles, supplying amazon with trophies, helping nurses at the UW medical center with a new tool I created.

Rejected but offered transfer in as Sophomore in fall of 2020 for Civil Engineering, OOS (New York) 89 UW 34 ACT.

Does anyone know how many people get off the waitlist every year? :frowning:

  • The admissions portal letter doesn't really say what he was admitted to. His first choice was Chemical Engineering and second was Chemistry. Anyone know if there is someplace online to determine this?

Does anybody know how to check if I got my major? I applied for Computer Engineering and I hope I didn’t get my second choice, ie: CS.
