how did you people find out about your decisions? I live overseas and it takes 4 weeks for mail to get here. Is there a faster way to find out?

ferret- I was accepted back in January and I can't log into oscar.gatech.edu, so I doubt that means anything.

Nice. Thats a relief.

Wow, been a while since i came here. Just a question.... Do you guys know what the greek system is like? I went to Connect with Tech and stayed at Delta Ki. They seemed really cool and I'm hoping i wasn't lucky and got the only good one. Any thoughts?

I still haven't heard from GA Tech - I dropped by there earlier this week. They said my application was "completed" however, they were missing my VISA. Which, is required for international students with a visa??? That kind of scared me, regardless I drove by and dropped off my VISA. The lady told me they're trying to finish all the applications by the upcomming friday (march 10).

I'm a IB student - certificate and in total I've done about 7 AP courses (some being counted as IB as well while other IB classes weren't counted as AP). Applied in the first week of January, believe the 2nd.

31 ACTs ( 31 math 34 science, english not so great), SATs (math 690)

Overal my english is a bit behind due to the fact that I moved to the US in 2000, and didn't speak a word of English before.

Anyhow, I haven't heard from them at all. And considering the fact that they didn't even notify me that the copy of my VISA was missing but they did mark my application complete kind of scares me.

oh yea GPA is about 3.4 to 3.8 - due to my english
