Get your free parking pass!!

For all those class of 2005ers out there!

go to. . . <a href="http://www.parking.cornell.edu/freebuspass.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.parking.cornell.edu/freebuspass.html</a></p>

Then go to the order form! Bus passes are free (to those who are not registering for parking), but you need to place an order using the online form before the end of August, and it says to expect delays if you order after the 16th!

So make sure to order your free bus pass ASAP!

Also, I believe you can use the same account information that you used when you filled out the Cornell Bound forms online. To go directly to the order form, go here:

Oh, that's wonderful! Cornell just shot up on my list after recently dropping ever so slightly due to its size. That's a wonderful thing to offer students.

Y'know, even if you had to buy it, it would still be less than $200/yr which is nothing compared to the 42k+ annual cost...

That's still a lot of money most people don't have. Don't forget that almost everyone going to college relies on some form of financial aid. Cornell can more than afford to pay $200 a year on a bus pass for each student.

If I ordered a bus pass already, do I need to do anything? I'll just be refunded, right?

Did it show up on your July Bursar's bill? The website says you won't be charged so I'm assuming it won't show up at all as provided it wasn't there in July.

And beginning, I'm just saying that this shouldn't be a factor at all in your decision. At schools where transportation is included, you're probably paying for it through some random fee anyway.

does that free omnipass apply to incoming freshmen?

ye they changed it!!! member ppl before it was for fall 06 only! glad they did, why i dunno..funny i got it registered or whatever before they even emailed me today...lol thnks cc posters

200 is still 200, what it's compared to doesn't matter. Would you pay 20 dollars for a "cornell lollipop" just because it was included in the cornell bound forms? I think not. (thank you AP econ for applying to my life :D)
