<p>I am one year into a two year Grad program at Penn State. I would really like to go to an Ivy league and get another masters (hopefully in one year). </p>
<p>I was speaking to someone at Cornell in hopes of getting into their ILR school but it seems they don't accept courses from other grad schools. So i would not be able to do the program in one year. </p>
<p>I'm looking to do something in the HR or possibly Labor Relations field. What would my other options be? Whether it is Ivy league or other schools with great programs. </p>
<p>I have not really researched doing an MBA but it was brought up, how long does it usually take to complete? </p>
<p>What are usually the pros and cons?</p>
