Getting a (good) business internship.

I was wondering where to look for a business internship this summer and how to go about getting one. Any advice? I really dont want to return home and work at a job where I am not learning much! Is it possible to have one after freshman year?

Soo I was wondering what to do to secure a good business internship this summer. Where can I look for one? What do I need to be doing? I know that I have to keep up the GPA and have job experience, but what else should I do? Are business related ECs important? Leadership positions (I don't have any!)?

If it matters, I am a freshman at UNC-Chapel Hill but I will finish all sophomore level business pre-req classes (econ, accounting, etc) this year and I am already guaranteed b-school admission.

Thanks in advance!

don't worry about it, enjoy your summer you've got 3 more years to do an internship and after that you will probably be working for the rest of your life.

If you absolutely want to get an internship at a local BB PWM branch in Dallas; It seems that most people do something similar to this prior to their real paid internships at an investment bank or whatever junior summer.
