Is it possible to land an analyst position at one of the top I-Banks (i.e. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Bank of America) coming from a non-Ivy, as long as you work really hard as an undergraduate. I’m currently looking into Northeastern University, in Boston, and would like to know…
I couldn’t make it into any Ivy League schools even if I sold my soul to The Devil
Northeastern has several coop positions with Goldman Sachs both in New York and London. It is highly competitive but it can be done. It will depend on your GPA as a base but mostly how you come across with your activities and interviewing skills.
@TomSrOfBoston I love competition, and I consider myself to be pretty good in terms of interviews, but I was under the misconception that only Ivy-students got positions at these distinguished banks… Thanks for clearing that up!
