Was wondering how I could try and get through a requirement for a class.

I need to take Bio 225 in the Fall, but I need Bio 171/172. I only have 171 so far and was gonna try and maybe do 172 in the Winter. But this little requirement here is kind of stopping me...

Would it be also possible to take 172 with 215 (same time) in the Spring and do well (assuming I actually... you know, study)

Course times overlap slightly, so you'd have to miss ~ an hour of one of those classes on Wednesdays. There are two sections of Math 215 (that are equally schedule-conflicting), so if you find out one section is considerably easier than the other you might be able to switch (though drop-add deadline comes pretty quick since it's a 6 week term).

But besides that, Spring/Summer classes tend to be more laid back and easier to do well in. As long as you don't get too distracted by the many great things Ann Arbor has to offer in the summer time, you should be fine. 8 credits in a half term is the same as 16 credits in a normal term, so just keep doing whatever you're doing now.

Plenty of people do Orgo and Bio together. Although, I took Bio back when it was called '162' and it was one semester, so it might be a lot harder now or something.

It's just more to memorize from what I've heard from in 162. It's just a pain, I wish they kept it for one more year... sigh... it really messes up my schedules.
