<p>i've been trying to gain muscle weight for about 3 months now and i've only went up a pound. ~133 to ~134</p>

<p>Well truthfully I've been compulsively workout/dieting little over a week now and have just really cranked it up in the last few days.( nothing better to do during summer). Also keep in mind, before dedicating myself to this, I ate obsessively. But yeah, I'm as surprised as well.</p>
