Hello,

I'm not really worried about getting accepted (or rejected) as I have a 3.6 GPA after almost 2 years of college. ~55 transferrable credits.

The problem, more or less, is when am I going to get accepted (or rejected)!? I applied within the first 12 hours of applications being open for the Spring '11 semester. It's mid-October and I need to figure out if I need to look for a place in East Lansing or not.

Is there anything I can do? Shoot them an e-mail? Call them? Or would this just annoy them and/or be pointless.

I'm going to stop by and see what the counselors can do at the community college I go to.

Anybody that could help, I'd be much appreciated.

When did you apply? It says allow 12 weeks after receivig all for your stuff IIRC.

I applied mid-July. Within the first 12 hours applications were open for the Spring '11 semester.

I’ve decided, if there was a mix up or something, I’m just going to take a semester off and move down to NCU-Chapel Hill.

Although not all the credits I have taken will transfer like they would to MSU, it still might be worth it in the long run. By the way, I’d be going for Business Management/Administration.

Ehh, I’m just losing faith in the “system.” I don’t know if there was a mistake made by my community colleges side or MSU, but if it wasn’t meant to be, it wasn’t meant to be.

I’m also an applicant for the spring of 2011. They told me 2 weeks ago that they haven’t even started looking at transfer applicants. They said they would be reviewing applications in October, so I’m guessing we should find out late October to early November. Best of luck to you!
