Having a 3.8 and a 30 on my ACT, what are my chances of getting into Auburn and more specifically their architecture program? Also what is their business school like I am deciding between those two majors.

Can’t imagine why you would not be admitted to Auburn as they do not have selective admissions. Architecture on the other hand may or may not be difficult based on your freshman year. My sons summer roommate is an architecture major and he applied (I think) to get into the program. He was selected for the architectural studio class (program?) this summer and my son said he’s up at 8:00 and hone 'til midnight and stays up 'til 1:30 - 2:00 am working - and that’s all school work. Apparently it’s quite an honor to get in that program.

According to somebody on the following thread, Auburn’s architecture school is in the top 10 in America:

Very impressive.

According to BusinessWeek, Auburn’s business school is number 119 in America:

So, okay, but not special. It is AACSB accredited for both business and accounting.

Personally, I am not a big fan of majoring in business unless you attend a top 25 ranked business school, or major in accounting.
