I just took the LSAT. Okay, the story is... I kinda dicked around in college, 2.9 GPA in a humanities major. But, I tend to test well (underachiever here) and likely scored around a 160ish on the LSAT. What are my law school prospects? Also, how long does it take the LSAC to process my score?

the lsat matters more than gpa.

generally, from what i've heard, it's 60 percent LSAT, 30 percent GPA, and 10 percent other stuff (personal statement, Lor's, work experience, etc...).

to look at a particular school, check Law school numbers (www.lawschoolnumbers.com)

its a site where users post their gpa, lsat, and the schools where they've been accepted or rejected. i find the school graphs particularly helpful.

bottom line: if you get a 160 you have a solid chance at a t1. and a lock at a t2.
