Getting into AEM. Please comment.

Okay, so I'm a sophomore in high school and I want to do AEM at Cornell.
First off this is what I want and they are realistic goals that I should be able to attain.
I want to get a 2250-2350 range SAT with a 750 - 800 Chemistry and Math Sat II's.
GPA should be around 3.85~3.9 or something with about 10 or 11 AP classes, 12 honors classes and like 3 regular (required credits). I want all 4s and 5s on AP tests :P
I'm working on my community service every weekend and my goal is 1000 hours +, and its pretty meaningful work.
I don't have a job and I don't plan to :P hope that doesn't hurt me, I just like to volunteer.
As for awards I plan to place in both Ac-dec and FBLA for Economics for regionals, maybe state. (Idk, it says regional/state on the common app.)
My school doesn't offer AP Econ, but I want to self-study for Marco and Micro while taking Honors Economics during junior year.
uh.. I'm starting a non-profit organization (still in developing stages, but will probably start during summer)
That's probably it.
oh ya schedule for Junior year:
AP Calc, AP Chem, AP Stats, AP Spanish, Honors US History, Honors Economics/ Film Study (One semester classes).
Well thanks if you actually read this, so what am I in good shape or do I need to improve.

Good shape.
