getting into Exeter as a junior

<p>I reallly need to know if there is any chance (to get into PEA/Andover)!!!
I'm from russia, go to IB school there, ( a senior in DP but that is only my 10-th year)
Studied in a russian middle boarding school (titled as guifted and talented education) for 4 years...soooo boring place..=/
I'm surely NOT the best of the best whom all teachers admire, mainly because of personal conflicts
but there are several things that probably might help:
academics:
take 7 courses, 4 HL, all 7 except one 6
national math team (different diplomas)
Public speaking club
sports:
national crew team off-season for 3 years
school volleyball team
Service:
Green peace , orphanage, peer tutor
1900 PSAT(800 math)
Also part-time job and study chinese by myself...
are not perfect recommendations crusial?
Is any financial assistace in my case possible?

<p>honestly, getting into Exeter/ Andover is never guarenteed. it is really rare for someone to get in as a junior, you might want to try repeating. and FA is also rare for international applicants. </p>

<p>I’m finishing 11, but jumped over th 5-th, so that is my 10-th actual year and we begin here at 7, so I’m almost 16 already…</p>
