Getting into Penn State

How good of a chance do I have of getting into Penn State and Rutgers?

I have a 3.63 unweighted GPA and a 3.84 weighted GPA. In high school, I've had mostly A's. I am a junior and I took 6 honors courses this year (A's and B's) and I'll be taking 5 APs next year. My ACT score in April was a 28, and I'm waiting for the June score. Im also from New Jersey.

Here are my extracurriculars:

(Total: 220 hrs community service)

-Volunteered at Sarnoff Corporation, a research center for scientists and engineers (10, 11, 12)
-Volunteer at West Windsor Library (9)
-Volunteered in a 3rd world country at a non-profit organization helping the underprivileged (9, 10)
-Red Cross Club volunteer (9, 10)
-Worked (paying job) for a library (10)
-Indoor Track (11, 12)
-Participated in a War of the Worlds Play-Acting (10)

I've also visited the U-Park campus and stayed in touch with some of the faculty.

IN , no question

You're in.

I have never seen anyone with your stats get rejected from PSU.

You should get in.

Penn State University Park it based solely on GPA and SAT/ACT.. unless you're an athlete or have legacy. you're def. in.

you're definitely in, idk about how much money you'll get tho if you're out of state

awesome stats for PSU or rutgers.... you are in man! BTW, does anyone know if Penn State recalculates GPA by disregarding Gym and other non-academic classes? I heard that due to the insane number of applications they recieve each year, this isn't possible..... Also, how much does being in-state help for PSU?
