I am going to be a sophomore finance major at Michigan State University this year and I really need to know my chances of getting into the Broad School of Business. Last year I took EC 202 and CSE 201, and I ended up getting a 2.5 in both classes. This year I still have to take ACC 202 and EC 201. I don’t have to take ACC 201 because I had credits transfer from high school. I am trying to get a 3.5-4.0 in both my ACC 202 and EC 201 classes this year so my precore GPA is right around a 3.0-3.25. My overall GPA for 2 semesters was a 3.3. Can a current Broad student tell me what the odds of me getting into the business school would be with a precore GPA around a 3.0. Thank you so much.
