<p>I'm currently on the waitlist for Chem 30A with Professor Garrell in Spring 2011. It's 1 person per discussion, and each discussion has about 29-30 people. Anyone know who I can talk to about PTE numbers or if it's likely that the chem dept will automatically enroll people from the waitlist after week 2? I know the math dept does that occasionally, but wasn't sure about chem.</p>
<p>You will get in automatically within the first week of next quarter or so.</p>
<p>How about for Soc 113 for summer if you’re #4 on the waitlist for a 60 person class?</p>
<p>Not very familiar with the soc department. If the professor is nice and there are enough seats in the class, then you should be able to get in for any class.</p>
