how do you stop feeling tired without spending money?
keep in mind that i don't drive.

i've been typing for this report for hours, and i'm just sooooo tired. and i have to go somewhere by 7 in the morning tommorow, yet i'm still not at home.

how do you feel all refreshed?

p.s.: if you have any tips on waking up without having a mysterious force put you back to sleep, do post.

I feel the same way as you in the morning. I'm sure we all do. Waking up and not wanting to go anywhere at all, just wanting to stay in bed. My advice: Eat apples. It helps you stay awake. Provides energy. Try to shower if you have the time.

I put on headphones and blast music, its the only way. Also don't EVER EVER lye down to read, place your head on your hand, or put your head on the table or desk because you will be OUT and you won't wake up.

I like the cold water and ice...when one did not wake up in boot camp the head of barracks came in and dumped a pile of ice-cold water to wake up. It works. (You can also try putting an ice-cube down your back, which also works)

10 minute naps can do wonders, but if you're me, most of the time you don't manage to wake up in 10 minutes. I usually go for the 1 hr nap instead. I'd nap at my desk and set my alarm clock to 1 hr (the alarm clock is right by my ear) That way I can wake up from the alarm clock and/or the uncomfortableness of my position.
You could try this for a shorter duration. Last year when I took bio and had a test, the day before, I'd study all day and nap 4-5pm, 1-2am, and 6-7am.
