<p>If the OP is offered admission to Stanford, Boalt, Yale, and Harvard, I'd recommend Yale over anyone, Stanford over Harvard, and Harvard over Boalt (despite my personal bias as a Boalt alumnus and Harvard reject).</p>
<p>Boalt and Harvard have an exchange program, by the way, where up to five or so students spend their third year at the other school, paying tuition to their home school, and returning to their home school to graduate. (The actual number participating in the program was often less, as it was hard to get Boalt students to sign up for the program.) If you end up at either Harvard or Boalt, Cornell998, you might be an ideal candidate for the program.</p>
