For UCLA, at least, according to [How to Apply - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/applying.htm), taking college courses during high school or in the summer immediately following high school graduation does not disqualify the student from frosh admission. Taking college courses after that does disqualify the student from frosh admission and would require the student to apply as a transfer.

True but irrelevant. You are ignoring the context of this thread. The OP graduated HS. The option of taking CC classes during HS is now off the table, at least without access to a time machine. The only possibility open to the OP is to take CC classes after HS which is why the comments were geared towards that scenario.

And once you have graduated HS the UC system says if you take even a single class except in the summer immediately after HS graduation then you must apply as a transfer applicant.

hey man happend to me honestly it sucks but i came out stronger and a better person by going to community college. It may seem like the end of the world because of you parents, it is not and you will have to suck up two years at a cc. Pick up some hobies and the time will be worth it and hopefully you will end up at a better school. The parents will get over it. Good luck!

Don’t just email. Go to your school with your parents, try talk to your teacher, your counselor, & your principle in person.
