Good (and realistic) engineering schools for an atypical CCer?

Hey whatsup guys, I'm a senior from an OK school in Northern Virginia. I think I'm a pretty good student, but I'm nothing compared to the rest of the people on this board. I've taken mostly Honors classes and several AP classes during my high school career. Out of the four core classes, every year three have been Honors or AP.

I'm looking to major in computer engineering when I'm in college. I wanted to know some colleges with superb engineering programs. Anybody know any good public or private colleges in the East with good engineering programs that would be REALISTIC for me? These are my stats:

Asian/Pacific-Islander male
GPA: 3.773
Rank: 20/283 Top 7%
New SAT I: 1930 - Math: 710 CR: 600 Writing: 620
I'm taking it again in two weeks (Oct. 8) writing will definitely go up.

I've taken three APs so far:
World History 3
English Lang/Comp 2
US History 4

This is my senior year schedule:
English 12
AP Government
AP Calculus BC
AP Physics C
Spanish 4
Computer Graphics 1
Programming

ECs: Not a lot, but active in each and I think it's pretty concentrated.
FBLA - 9,10,12
Skills USA - 11
NHS - 11,12
Math League - 10, 11, 12

Community service: Hospital volunteer/trainer since 8th grade, occasionally run the shift. 550 hours - This is probably my best EC. Once a week every week.
Job: Associate at an entertainment store since Aug., 13.5 hours/week

I've already got UVA and Virginia Tech on my list, but I mainly want to know if there are any good private schools with great engineering programs. Thanks in advance, and good luck to all the 06ers this year.

NC State University
One of the best engineering schools in the nation. There are many scholarships available, including the Park scholarship which is a full ride. You should look into these asap because I know the park application is due Nov. 1st. It is very much scores driven so you need to get your SAT scores up though.

The school is not very aesthetically pleasing because it is mainly brick, but the school spirit is great and they have awesome sports.

I'd say you have a good chance of admittance, but what do I know!?
