Good Grades, Less Than Fantastic EC's

Hey all, so I am hoping to get into UCLA, Berkeley, UVa, and/or University of Michigan. I have about a 4.2 or so weighted GPA and a 2020 SAT score. I've looked and those scores match the 50% range for those schools, but I'm worried about my extracurriculars. I did XC and track for a couple of years, but only barely made varsity at the very end and now I'm not participating any more due to a foot injury. This is my third year of doing choir but I have no leadership role. I'm also involved in my school newspaper, but this is my first year and again, I have no leadership roles. I wasn't thinking through my first three years and didn't volunteer much (I think I have 34 hours...). I have no special talent/ability. I go to a large school and my class rank isn't impressive. Do I even have a chance at such prestigious schools, or should I just focus my efforts elsewhere? (I am also a senior in high school so I can't start bullcrapping extracurriculars)
