Good/interesting EC, decent SAT, pretty bad GPA-- chances?

I'll get to it:

GPA - 3.6 w, 3.4uw maybe not exactly sure; huge upward trend: 3.3 uw freshman, 3.2uw sophomore, 4.0 uw junior. No excuses; I accept I'm at an immediate disadvantage.

Rank: Top 25%

SAT: 2110 first try -- very confident that I can break 2200 October. Just took two SAT II's, expecting mid 700s on each.

EC's: Co-captain Mock Trial; NHS (much tougher to get into at my school--we also do a lot more); 50 or so hours of CS, probably more once I apply; four years varsity golf; internship at a law firm and Henry David Thoreau camp this summer; more little stuff that I probably wont bother with in my application.

However, my strongest EC and focus of my essays will be my band. From my freshman to junior year, I was the guitarist of a rock band. We played over 150 shows in more than five states, recorded two CDs and sold almost 1,000 copies of them from everywhere to our home town to Belgium to Japan to Bolivia and many countries in between, along with hundreds of t-shirts. We have over 1,000,000 plays of our songs online, and we draw a lot of kids to our shows. We've played in front of audiences of more than 500 kids. This year, after all of the hard work invested, we were offered a pretty huge record deal (six figures). Only problem was, the label required extensive touring. The offer happend to come at the same time I was beginning to change academically (see GPA trend above). After careful consideration, I made a decision completely on my own to leave the band and continue with school. Now I give private guitar lessons to kids in my town.

Awards- Academic Excellence in English Junior Year, Most Outstanding Freshman in Golf.

Colleges I'm looking at:

Tufts, Boston College, Williams, Villanova, American, maybe some more safeties. I'm very interested in going into political science, with a minor in either history or literature. I know I don't have a very good chance at all at the first three schools mentioned, but hey, might as well try.

Thanks in advance.

bump 10 char.

Tufts will love you. Ditto with BC. And Villanova isn't as selective as the other two, so you're probably in there.

Williams is going to be a reach, though.
