My son just received his acceptance packet.

I couldn't be more proud. Two dreams were fulfilled today; his and mine.

Good luck, everyone!

Congratulations! Did you pick it up at the Post Office, or do they deliver that early in your area? I thought I might see some acceptances today, but not before 9 in the morning!

This is going to be a long weekend here in Atlanta. . .

We have a Post Office box, and the mail is usually there by 8:30. I was there at 8:30, too. :)

Honestly, I expected the letter on Monday, so was pleasantly suprised to see the packet stuffed into the box.

Congrats to your son

I was just wondering what part of Ohio you live in. I live in North East Ohio, around Cleveland and was just curious as to whether I'd get mine today... Also, when was it postmarked and as it first class?

We live in rural NW Ohio, in Putnam County. The envelope was postmarked March 30th, and it was sent First Class.

I've spent months praying for this result for my son. I'm spending this morning praying for all of you.

thanks... sounds like if they were sent Thursday they should be here today and I'll know in a few hours (it took 2 days to get here for the Early Action kids too)

Congratulations to your son! I remember how I felt when my mom called me at school to tell me I'd gotten in. It is such a relief to know you're in. Is your son definitely going to ND, or is he undecided?

Good luck to you guys. I think I am just about as nervious for you as you are!

Radiocinist, congratulations! I know last year when my son was accepted that it was such a happy day in our house!

This year while waiting for my daughter to hear is absolute torture.

I'm very pleased for those of you who have gotten the good news thus far. We live in NJ and hope the news will travel to us quickly as well. I imagine we'll be watching for our postlady on the porch! haha
I said my rosary yesturday, and will be saying it again soon. God Bless

emswim, jpp23, thanks!

My son will definately be attending Notre Dame this fall.

You can imagine how happy my family is! My future ND student is my first-born, and I never imagined he'd have this opportunity. He certainly earned his spot, but I'd like to think all of the rosaries helped, too. :)

My twin and I got ours today in Cincinnati. Good luck to all of you.
