Good pre-made food

Hi

What are some "good junk food"? I live off-campus, so I either have to eat in restaurants or buy mostly ready-made food. Usually these ready-made food (ie. snacks, noodles, canned food) are really really high in sodium. Most of them have at least 30% to as high as 50% (!) of daily value in just one serving.

So, anyone good food that I can just eat out of the package or microwave or boil with water?

Thanks,

I eat cereal day and night. I eat it dry. I don't need milk. Fruit Loops? Corn Pops? Cap'n Crunch? Heck yes.

Nutrigrain bars, Pop Tarts etc are fine... as long as you aren't shoving like five of them in your stomach at a time... that's like eating five candybars in terms of sugar content. Cereal can be very sweet, but even in big amounts in isn't THAT sweet.

Of course... POPCORN. A whole bag is just 90 to 100 calories. Gotta watch the fat content from the butter though... but if you find the more low-fat types of popcorn, you're set. You could eat three whole bags, and calorie wise it would be equal to say, just one candy bar. Or one Oriental Cup Noodle. Oh yeah.

Is there a Trader Joe's near your campus? They have great, easy-to-make food that's cheap and healthy.

I don't know how they do it, but it's awesome!

carrots, apples, etc.

go to costco, they have amazing frozen food. just nuke it and its amazing. id go for the hot wings, the mexican taco stuff....anything you find is probably good.

noodles!!!
