For the common app, for the activities section, if you have an activity and it asks you to check whether you will continue it in college, do you have to know whether the college has that EXACT same activity…
For example, i’m on mock trial and i don’t think a lot of college have that, but i’m still interested in the general law aspect…so can i still check or should i make sure that the college has that activity?

<p>I asked my guidance counselor about this earlier...if the college has activities that are at least vaguely related to what you did in high school, you can indicate that you'd like to pursue it in college. So if you did mock trial and the college has organizations dealing with law, mark the box. If not, it's better to leave it blank.</p>
