NCWIT (National Center for Women in Information Technology) has a scholarship program. It isn’t STEM, but MENSA gives out scholarships, too (and you don’t have to be a member).
However, some schools will reduce your need based aid by the amount of outside scholarships. And the best scholarships are usually from the colleges themselves.
