hey just wanted to ask all those people already out there in princeton about the aid program. Is it truly what it says on the box??
I've seen a lot of colleges which offer you a lot...until you read the fine print...
i cannot pay more that $10,000 annually so i was wondering if princeton would give me financial aid and take me in
my high school GPA is 4.0
my approx. estimated SAT score is 2300
i play a musical instrument, have done voluntary work, won state level and national level competitions, am the student editor of our school's biannual magazine and am the literary captain of our student government body.
Do i really stand a chance??.........
pls help...

princeton fin aid is unparalleled. if you have a low EFC, they will cover most of it for you. so for most applicants, the hardest part is getting in, not paying for the education.

so do you think i stand a chance with these scores and ecs?

If you make the expected SAT score, but you never know with ivies…

yeah…that’s true…
so among the ivies which one do you think would suit me best(provided i get in)…i was thinking of doing my major in a social science subject

If you get in, Princeton will make sure you can afford it. A Princeton education is about as much annually as our income, so it’s nearly free.

The others are right, if you’re good enough to get in (seems like it, but never can tell), they will make sure you can afford to come. Don’t worry about the money, just worry about getting in. If you do, they’ll take care of you.
