<p>Finally, financial aid for both in and out of state that's not just loans. More profs in areas that have seen slippage the last 20 years or so--Economics, Poli Sci, Psych, etc.
I sure hope Biddy can pull this off.</p>

<p>For this, I heard it's $250 a year raise for in state and $750 a year for OOS. Which category does Minnesota fall under cause we pay in state tuition but are not technically in state.</p>

<p>You just pay the Minn instate rates.</p>

<p>Just whatever they pay for Uminn. I don't know what they do for majors with a surcharge like business and engineering.</p>
