Is my admission going to get revoked?

Well, you really need to call the admissions office.
Sorry but I'm going to tell you straight up, I heard Santa Cruz is pretty picky about this kinda stuff. But i'm pretty sure if you give them a call in advance, they will likely NOT revoke your admission. Call them Monday, good luck. Tell me how it goes!

Hmm....ok I'll do that.

I have another question though.

If they do, in fact, revoke my admission, could it still be possible to write an appeal later that has a chance of going through?

Like say, I passed the AP exam and showed them that I have (somewhat) mastered the material enough to warrant a passing grade.

Or is that too much of a long shot?

Hi there and my sympathy for your problem. Definitely tell them now rather than later. UCSC is very picky about this and I have read 2 posts in the past of people who got their applications revoked for having a D after sending all their rejections to everywhere else they got in, so they ended up going to community college.

As far as I know, you cannot appeal your admission once it is revoked but someone might know the exact answer.

My advice would be looking into other colleges and cross your fingers with UCSC.
