So basically, as the title says: I went to community college for my first two years, got a 3.0 GPA upon getting my Associate of Science degree. Upon transferring to my new school that I regret choosing as well as a major I regret choosing, I now have an abysmal GPA of 1.7 and risk being thrown out of school. I was wondering if there was any way to transfer to a new school using only my community college transcripts or will I have to go back to community college and start over even if I already graduated?

I'd appreciate some answers, thank you for reading.

It depends. If you get any thing like the FAFSA then the new school you want to go to would be able to see that you had went to another college besides the community college and they’d inquire about it. Worse yet, if you do manage to hide your ****ty transcripts and the new school you’re at finds out they might kick you out since most applications are quite clear about elaborating on prior college attendance.
What you could do is apply with your community college transcripts and then go about business as usual. When the new schools financial aid (again, this is assuming you receive some sort of financial aid) department sees you’ve went else where they’ll ask and then you play dumb. “Oh, I had to put that I went elsewhere?” I wouldn’t recommend doing that, just an idea.
