Government funding of Robert C Byrd Scholarship?

<p>Has anyone heard if this scholarship will be funded for the 2009-2010 schoolyear? Or even later? Or has Obama made any statements about cutting govt funded scholarships and grants? Doesn't seem like he would want to do that. . . idk</p>
