Other than the UC GPA system i already know about, do OOS colleges use their own little system like the UC’s or do they look at the raw given GPA calculated whether it be weighted or unweighted?
It depends upon the college, although few, if any, will use the HS’s weighted GPA since there is no standard on weighting. They will either take the GPA on your transcript or will recalculate it based upon their own parameters.
