Which schools tend to lean towards higher SAT scores rather than GPA because I have an average GPA with good SAT scores and I was wondering what schools would look at my scores more.

Btw, I am looking at top, but not ivy league schools.

Thanks :].

no school should weigh sat above gpa imo

depends large schools with 20,000 30,000 apps aren't really gonna care about your essay/extracurriculars if you have really crappy sats or gpa..but this is very important sats CANNNOT make up for a crappy gpa. the opposite may occur tho. if you have a 75 average- most selective schools will not care if you have a 2380 on the sats. why? b/c there gonna have a crapload of pple that are applying with 2380 sats & a 95 avg. however one can overlook meager 2000 sats with a 95 avg. but considering you have avg gpa & good sats try your shot a more slective schools& then the larer less prestigious but still good schools i.e. penn state, BU, BC, etc.
