Assuming I dont want to do a masters in stats. if I could choose, I would do a physics masters, but alas that is impossible.

Anyways, would a MPP make sense, or not with a stats degree? (double major stat/poli sci BTW). I hate theoretical stats, but something that is applied would be good. I dont know if I want a straight applied stats masters though.

A MPH with a biostats focus might be a good option to consider.

Besides a MPP degree, other areas to consider (might require some pre-reqs):
Public Health (Epidemiology)
Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Ed Psych (Tests & Measurements)
Any social science area that uses statistical analysis (e.g., survey research)
Certain areas of business and economics, including agricultural & resource economics

Industrial Engineering, statistics, any of the social sciences (economics, psychology, etc…), finance, business administration and related, computational science programs, operations research, and of course more niche programs like: machine learning, linguistics, decision sciences (or management science), and there are others out there if you do the research.
