Grade Drop Woes

My entire high school career has benefited from improvements in the second semester and strong performances on finals, so the lowest grade on my transcript is a B-. My first semester is always weak, and this first quarter was no different: I got C’s in AP Physics II, AP Calc AB, and AP Psychology, a C+ in AP English Lit and a B+ in AP Statistics. (A+s in my required phys ed and leadership courses.)
Is this a large enough grade drop to result in a rescinded admission? My reasoning is sound, I was adjusting to becoming school president, my soccer team was winning a state championship and I had to help my father with cancer treatments.

Schools will rescind admission only on the basis of low final grades.

Do the best you can from now on, up your grades as much as you can, and you’ll be fine.

So you’ve already been accepted? Yes rescinding only occurs with final grade issues. But if you haven’t been accepted yet those grades may play into that.
