Grade Miscalculation?

<p>Grades have been out for at least a week for me. I've sent an email & follow up to the instructor teaching the course regarding a grade miscalculation (not appealing for a better grade). It seems like the instructor is either not checking her email or is ignoring my emails. This miscalculation error affected probably 3-6 other students in the class. </p>

<p>I'll probably try emailing someone else by this Friday/ next Monday if I don't get a response since I don't want this to drag out for too long. Should I contact the relevant department chair or the Office of Registrars?</p>

<p>Email the prof at least 3 times before moving to higher authority, you want to settle it at the prof level as much as possible. bringing in admin is a shirt show without the r for everyone involved.</p>

<p>s/he is probably traveling or even trying to reconcile the grades and hasn’t notified you yet…</p>

<p>Yes, I think I’ll email one more tomorrow. This GSI has a bad record for never replying to our emails so yeah :(.</p>
