<p>"However".This word provokes into me the idea that every situation has its benefits and pitfalls. In the field of market finance,we find a compelling example that corroborates my thesis.</p>
<pre><code> The twentieth century was a decade during which the American economy was at its apex of power. In fact, during 1927,American markets, such as the new york stock exchange market, was so financially luring that American middle class poured its money in American stock markets.Yet,America's seemingly unhindered success was halted when,in 1929,The new york stock market exchange crashed.
The stock market crash had many negative consequences. Most attention grapping, the crash lunched American into "The Great Depression",a period during which the price of the stock decreased by 40%,8600 business failed, and most noticeably, unemployment rate increased to 25%.America's initial optimism changed into a period in which America began its worst economic decline in the world history.
However,FDR instigated new laws and regulations in an attempt to end this economic decline.Aware of the causes of the depression, including increased taxes, over production, and unequal distribution of wealth,Roosevelt implemented "The New Deal";the New Deal provided money to allow farmers keep their lands, created millions of jobs by paying for many public works, and initiated the"social security Act".These policies not only changed the way the American government operated, but also left the American democratic system unchanged.
Furthermore, the public also realized the positive aspects of the 1929 crash. After FDR successfully handled this economic decline,American citizens realized how they were tricked buy the seemingly economic success of America.Since that time,American investors have proven to be more sagacious,as they are not prone to be deceived by advertisement and optimism.
Although the crash laid the foundation of "The Great depression",it had also resulted in a more powerful economy. If this crash hadn't happened,American economy could have lost the opportunity of having a stronger economy.
