essay:

" Learning starts with failure ; the first failure is the beginning of education. " is rightly said by the novelist John Hersey. The resignation of Steve Jobs from Apple paved way for PIXAR. An anecdote of my personal experience also provides an example of it . The devastating earthquake in Japan made the people get prepared for the worst circumstances tenet may arise in the future.

Only in a few years after the start of the company 'Apple' by Steve Jobs ,the company encountered large losses. All the failures led to the resignation of Steve from his own company. At first he resented this as a failure , but later he realized that it was the best thing that could could have taken place in his life . His resignation gave him time to come up with new ideas and innovations one of which was the PIXAR studios which made its first successful debut in animated films in 'The Incredibles' which was a huge success. Also later he rejoined apple and continued working arduously .

Furthermore , my senior year in high school also provide positive support to this .During these days it was hard time not winning in any robotics competition. There was no challenge that I couldn't win, but this glory was short-lived .With the coming up of next session , new admissions also came in our school, some were good at robotics so we collaborated and took part in the competitions , but surprisingly we did not win any of them I was in disdain and stopped taking part in any competitions and gave myself a break. Later I realized that it was my self centeredness that gave me the negative outcome. This failure taught me that self centeredness is a slow poison.

Another example of the recovery of Japan from the devastating effect of the earthquake and tsunami proves this point. After the disaster many houses were destroyed and nuclear power plants encountered problems to rise up from this failure the government made new and better plans for the protection of the nation from any future disasters that might take place.

All these anecdotes prove to be sufficient enough to rectify the truth of the statement , " Learning starts with failure; the first failure is the beginning of education."

THANKS!
