Grades- Inflation/Deflation?

Hi,
I know this is a neurotic question, but I have to ask...I'd really appreciate it if some current Yalies would humor me.

I was wondering if there's a lot of grade inflation or grade deflation at Yale. I know at Harvard, grade inflation is the norm (everyone gets A's), while at Princeton it's the opposite (impossible to get an A).

Where does Yale fall on this spectrum? I'm already getting nervous...

Hm... I believe that it's not really "impossible" at Princeton to get an A, but rather a slightly lower percentage of the students get them in a class. I believe the limit is like 35%, which is not extremely low by any means. I did read in an article that the average undergraduate Yale student GPA was 3.6 while Princeton's was 3.2... I forgot where though.

bump ... ...
