My high school used this scale:
A = 4.0 = 94-100
B = 3.0 = 85-93
C = 2.0 = 74-84
D = 1.0 = 65-73
F = 0.0 = 0-64

A plus/minus scale could be done like this (this is from my dual-enrollment college), so you might actually benefit from it if what used to be a B is now an A minus:
A = 4.0 = 92-100
A- = 3.7 = 90-91
B+ = 3.3 = 88-89
B = 3.0 = 82-87
B- = 2.7 = 80-81
C+ = 2.3 = 78-79
C = 2.0 = 70-77
D = 1.0 = 60-69
F = 0.0 = 0-59

4.0 is an A
3.0 is a B
2.0 is a C
1.0 is and F
(We don’t have Ds)

Every teacher determines what their As are, though most teachers say As are 90% and above. However some do 88% and above or even lower because their classes are harder, I guess.

And one point is added for AP and IB classes.
