Graduate Admissions Timeframe

<p>I was wondering if anyone knew from experience or knew someone who knows from experience how long it takes for the Adcom at Purdue to review Engineering applications. Specifically, I did Mechanical Engineering and applied for a Masters leading to PhD. I got all my stuff in last week and it says under review so I was just a little antsy since getting one acceptance would greatly ease my anxiety about whether I will get in or not and whether I should keep going on job interviews.</p>

<p>Have no idea from specific experience. But from my general experience, with admissions deadlines in November-December you generally won't hear back until March or April, unless the school is like super and gets stuff in quickly. I definitely wouldn't expect to hear back before New Year's, at least.</p>
