Graduate early or pick up a 2nd major?

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I joined because, frankly, I have a life decision.
I'm an undergrad at a public school. Granted its not among the top schools, but its up there among public schools.

Now I at a point where I should decide how I should finish my study. At the course I'm going, I will graduate with majors in computer science and economics after my second quarter of my 4th year. However, should i ditch the second major (economics) and pick up a minor in management, I'll be able to graduate after my third year.
I'd like to go to a b-school, preferably Wharton or INSEAD but, you know, there not a cupcake to get in to. I'm trying to decide what is ultimately my best decision. I'm already going abroad to Cambridge for a term so probably wouldn't go abroad for my 4th year. I understand if I graduate early I'llenter the workforce for a whole year early but I lose the chance to earn a second major. Care to share your opinion? I'd like more insight.

Do whatever you need to do in order to secure the best possible job after graduation. Top b-school adcoms do not really care about your UG major that much. They tend to focus on other elements, among them are GPA, GMAT, quality work experience, recommendations, and essays (or your story).

agree with tmoney…except they really stress work experience a LOT since work experience really sets you apart.

Honestly I would go with the two majors instead of a minor in management. You don’t need a minor in management to get into b-school and the two degrees will give you more opportunities than the minor ever will.

if you are considering these options you are obviously a good student. i would go for the dbl major in econ and aim for a business job upon graduation, perhaps some type of consulting gig. i am sure you can find something cool involving both econ and CS, and many employers would like that skillset.
