Graduate School and Health Informatics

I have been freelancing and volunteering for the past year and a half since I graduated from college. I am having trouble finding work so I have decided to go to grad school and get my Master's in health informatics. I did my undergrad at Pitt and my degree was a B.S in Information Science with a Minor in Economics. I am currently considering going to either Georgia Tech or Georgia Health Sciences University. My GPA was a 3.17 for my major and a 3.0 overall. I do not have much experience in the health field. I'm not a fan of statistics but I want to get a degree that will make it easier for me to find a job for now.

My questions are the following:

a) Which school is a better choice? I'm somewhat familiar with Georgia Tech but I know next to nothing about Georgia Health Sciences University apart from the fact that they are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

b) If Georgia Health Sciences University is a better choice, should I go for the post-Bacculereate certificate or go directly to to the Master's program?

c) What GRE score (new GRE scores please) would be appropriate to be considered a good candidate for either school?

d) Which school would be more helpful for a person who wants to work part-time?

e) Which school would be better for someone looking for work?
