Grammar Mistake

Soooo after reading a supplement I submitted, I realized that I missed an apostrophe. I'm so mad at myself. The dumbest, silliest, stupid error ever....

My biggest strengths were my ECs, so a grammar mistake might be especially bad.

HELP

Do I still have a chance to get into any top schools? Should I email or call admissions?

hey man, relax. I don’t think grammar like that matters too much. I think they hate grammar mistake such as “She went to the store with I”

Do not email them about one apostrophe. It’s too bad, but not something to get super worked up about. There is no way that sort of mistake will make the difference.

You don’t think it will make a very big difference? Hallelujah!

Oh it’s only a small mistake if your content is good that will make no problem

Having that kind of grammar mistake in your essay can’t be detrimental to your chances. In fact, one such mistake only proves that you didn’t have 100 counselors and teachers read your essay.

As long as the meaning isn’t obscured and you made a very low (<5) number of mistakes in your essays, you have no reason to worry.
