<p>What is the best book to prepare w/ for the New SAT (not the essay...just the grammar MC)? </p>
<p>Any old SAT II Writing books that are good? I used Kaplan & thought I knew it but still did poorly in March...</p>
<p>The best book I can think of, which is super-intensive, is Gregg's Reference Manual. I had to study that book for a competition last year, and it got me an 80 on the PSATs. Just read the entire grammar section, with all the rules.</p>
